Beverly Devine

Bev answered God’s call to ordained ministry in 1992. She says "My calling disrupted my life! Then thought, Yes, God, if you will open the doors…I will walk through them.” She began as an adult in full-time undergraduate and graduate studies, living full-time in the dorms from 1994- 2001 and then graduated from seminary at the age of 50. She was ordained as a “Elder in full connection” in the Desert Southwest Conference in Arizona in 2007. Her ministries have included: pastor of parishes, retirement communities, and in hospice and hospital settings in Arizona.

She retired in 2019 and is now here in Riverside. She says "This congregation has included me and loved me from my first day in worship. It is my privilege to serve as Secretary/Receptionist for this congregation. This position is a gift! It is a blessing to serve and connect with the congregation and community."
